He was predeceased by: his parents, Elder Berry B. and Lula Ivy (Scaife); and his siblings, Selonia Ivy, Joe Nathan Ivy, Elder Ernest Ivy, John A. Ivy, Thelma Offord, Marie Ivy, Lessie Mae Ivy and Amelia Ivy.
He is survived by: his wife Annie Jane Ivy; his children, Kevin Emmanuel of Wilson City, Brent Emmanuel of St. Joseph, Lacosta Ivy of Charleston and Cassandra Ivy Wilson (Corey) of Cape Girardeau; and his brother Ervin Ivy (Rose) of Hopkins Park. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
