He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sr. Lampkin and Bertha Lampkin; and his siblings, Alonzo Hoover, Sr., Roy Lee Lampkin, Roger Lampkin, Terry Lee Lampkin, Willie Randle, Jr., Dwight Randle and Gathella Lampkin.
He is survived by: his daughter LaDonna Patrice Williams (Reggie) of Greenfield; his grandchildren, Isaiah of Indiana, Isaac of Indiana, Isabella of Indiana and Olivia Clark of Indiana; his siblings, Robert Lampkin of Victorville, David Lampkin of Richmond, Janice Lampkin Parnell of Whiting, Patricia Lampkin of Charleston and Sheila Randle of Charleston; and his close friend Deborah Rigney. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
