He is survived by: his children, Lonnie Dugan (Dora) of Kennewick, Elliott Dugan, III (Aisha) of Los Angeles and Kenyta Scott of Los Angeles; and his sister Linda Faye Dugan of Sikeston. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
