It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy McAfee Coffer of Charleston, Missouri, who passed away on March 22, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse O. V. Coffer; her great grandchildren, Soryne Colt Hayden and Emryss Marie Hayden; and her siblings, Clarence Edward McAfee, Frank Gordon McAfee, Lloyd McAfee, Arthur McAfee, John McAfee, Leora Mae Lange and Bessie Ruth Kersey.
She is survived by: her children, Herman Coffer (Kay) of Sikeston and Fleeta Duke (Mike) of St. Charles, MO; her grandchildren, Gary Coffer (Janie), Sheri Coffer Seabaugh (Charles) and Terri Greenwood (Ken); her great grandchildren, Michael Coffer, Madelynne Seabaugh and Andrew Pritchett; her great great grandchild Archer Hayden; and her siblings, Raymond McAfee and Mary Bentley.
