He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Joseph Hart and Frances Helen Matheney Hart; his siblings, Larry Hart, Charles Wayne Hart, Jerry Michael Hart, Little Richard Hart and Frances Ellen Cooper; and his niece Cynthia Taylor.
He is survived by: his significant other Marla Rapert; his daughter Penny Boulnois of Sikeston, Missouri; his stepsons, Joseph Rapert of Charleston and Blake Rapert of Charleston; his sisters, Judy Hart of Charleston and Norma Jean Choate of Crown Pointe, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Macie Smith and Dylan Boulnois.
