He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Curtis Hedge and Bertha Allene Vinson Hedge; his son David Christopher Hedge; his siblings, Larry Martin "Marty" Hedge and Karen Regina Hedge; his nephew James "Jamey" Robert Blasingain; and his grandparents, Rita Sisk Vinson, Hattie Morrow and George Hedge.
He is survived by: his son Austin Johnson of Farmington; his grandchildren, David Skyler Jackson Hedge and Teryn Novaleigh Hedge of Charleston; his sisters, Sheila Kay Harrison of Charleston, Rhonda Lynn Passley of Charleston, Donna Kay Jarrett of Newport, AR, Kimberly Ann Riley of Benton and Katina Marie Willis of East Prairie; and the mother of his children Kim Webb.
