He is survived by: his wife Emma Jean Isabell Epps of San Diego; his children, Robert Anthony Epps of Elgin, Troy Epps (Melissa) of Chula Vista, Randald Stevenson (LaTrece) of St. Paul, Charletta Renee Anderson (Mark) of Stafford, Erika Epps of Elgin and Letitia Epps of Carrollton; and his siblings, Joe Epps of Indianapolis, James Epps (Rose) of Indianapolis, Charles Epps (Wanda) of Columbia, Willie Epps of Charleston, Ida Ellison (Larry) of Arlington and Mildred Jones (Joe) of Brandon. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
