He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse O. Hunter and Maude L. Hunter (Bowling); and his siblings, Ovid Nathan, Jerry Dale, Bonnie Lee, Mattie LaNora and Carrie Jeannette.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Pulis; his daughters, Carrie Mahmood (Ismat) of Bakersville, CA, Elizabeth Hunter of Centralia, Theresa Sanders (Mike) of Centralia and Ida Hunter of Houston, TX; his grandchildren, Michael Sanders, Nasr Mahmood, Isha Mahmood, Tariq Mahmood (Aminea), Samantha Wilkerson (Jake), Daniel Duerto Hunter and Angelina Duerto Hunter; his great grandchildren, Shane, Arianna, Tyler, Darla Sanders, Baker Wilkerson and Sarah Mahmood; his siblings, Bill Hunt, Jo Dickneite and Clark Hunter (Sue); and his friend Katie Bealler. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
