He is survived by: his parents, Mary Jane Smith and Ricky Smith; his siblings, Evan Smith, Ethan Smith, Elijah Smith and Alexis Malone; his grandparents, Judy Doak, Curt and Dawn Smith; and his aunts and uncles, Brittany Kube, Kyle Smith (Tiffany) and Curtis Smith (Lori). He is also survived by many other cousins, family, and friends.
