He is survived by: his wife Laura B. Lewis; his daughter-in-law Doris Jean Lewis; his grandchildren, Jerrod K. Lewis (Christina), Rebekah E. Wright, Heather J. Lewis, Matthew J. Lewis (Megan) and James P. Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Brandon Schmiedeke, Abby Schmiedeke, Madilyn H. Lewis, Isaac Lewis, Levi Lewis, Eden Lewis, Cade Lewis and Arabelle Lewis.
