He was predeceased by: his parents, John Keightley and Virginia Keightley; and his wife Mary Jo Keightley. He is survived by: his children, James Keightley Jr., Virginia "Ginny" Jeanmougin (Mike) and Matthew Keightley (Becky); his grandchildren, Corinne Keightley, Nathan Jeanmougin and Evan Jeanmougin; and his siblings, Robert "Bob" Keightley (Sarah Yancey), Nancy Johnston (Joe) and Ruth Singer (Keith).
