He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank M. Koebel and Irene R. Koebel; his sister Joyce Casteel (Robert); and his stepson Larry Allen Pruiett. He is survived by: his sons, Frank William Koebel III and Mathew Richard Koebel; his stepson Eric A Pruiett; his granddaughters, EllieMae Jolene, Alexandria Rose and Sophia Helen Koebel; his siblings, Betty Flanigan, Mary Wynn (Richard) and William Koebel (Kathy); and his former wife Debbie (Silverberg). He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
