She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyn Perrigo and Barbara Perrigo; her brothers, Stanley Perrigo and Martin Perrigo; and her nephew Logan Perrigo.
She is survived by: her siblings, Twyla Wampler (Paul) and Marty Perrigo Jr. (Dana); and her nieces and nephews, Mandy Smith, Charley Smith (Jenny), Joe Perrigo, Ben Perrigo (Leecy), Carmen Johnston (Andrew), Alisha Gleason (Chris) and Nicole Copeland. She is also survived by many cousins, great nieces and nephews and numerous extended family and friends.
