She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Smith and Sylvester Jennings, Sr. of Sledge, Mississippi.; her siblings, Leroy, John, Henry Lee, Eugene Jennings, Georgia Cobb, Rosa Cobb and Dorothy Jean Wilburn; her children, Mary Ellen Parnell, Marilyn Parnell and Henry Parnell, Jr.; and her great grandchild A. J. Warren.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shirley Parnell of Caruthersville, Missouri, Sheila Parnell of Caruthersville, Missouri and Angela Parnell of Caruthersville, Missouri; and her siblings, Mary Weldon of Inkster, Michigan and Sylvester Jennings, Jr. of Alton, Illinois. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
