She is survived by: her parents, James Chapman of Caruthersville and Sharon Leitherland Chapman of Caruthersville; her daughter Maddison Olivia Day of Caruthersville; her stepson Cody Day (Kaylan) of Gosnell, Arkansas; and her granddaughter Harper Elizabeth Rudd of Caruthersville.
