He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Hershel Cummings and Robbie Jean Riggins Cummings; and his former wife Pat Cummings. He is survived by: his former spouse Andra Jane Brown; his wife Janie Cummings; his children, Melvin Cummings and Jana Cossey; his stepsons, Terry Clark, Michael Clark and Randall Clark; and his siblings, John Paul Cummings and Marie Revelle (Tom). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; along with other relatives and friends.
