He was predeceased by: his mother Betty "England" Drake; and his brother Ricky Gene Drake. He is survived by: his father Charles Drake, Sr.; his wife Tina Pinnell; his children, Jeff Pennell of Carthage, Justin Botts of Wichita and Shaundra Pinnell of Carthage; his brother Charles Drake, Jr. (Diana); and his grandchildren, Landon, Remy, Maverick, Emmett and Parker.
