He was predeceased by: his wife Melody Peiken; and his brothers, Lynn and Larry "Dino" Gouge. He is survived by: his children, James Gouge of Carthage, MO and Theresa Caddick of Monett; his sister Linda Talamantez (Gilbert) of Carthage, MO.; and his grandchildren, Madison Gouge, Colby Gouge, Caleb Gouge, Jaelyn Gouge, Austin McMain, KyLee Caddick and Elizabeth Caddick. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
