It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah O'Neal of Carthage, Missouri, born in Jefferson City, Missouri, who passed away on February 18, 2023, at the age of 41, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, David Backus Sr. and Fran Thompson; her son Luke O'Neal; and her siblings, David Backus Jr. and Emily Thompson of Carthage. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Bridge Church.
