He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesus Vargas and Juana Martinez. He is survived by: his wife Juana Vargas; and his sons, Luis Ramon Vargas (Alejandra) and Ricardo Vargas. He is also survived by one brother, three sisters, and many extended family and friends.
