He was predeceased by: his parents, Ezekiel Sel and Mary "Edna" Perry (Williams); his children, Michael Perry, Jr. and Phyllis Perry; and his brothers, Pete and Jack Perry.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Elizabeth Mink; and his children, Janet Greninger (Lee) of Joplin, Albert Perry (Kiethlyn) of Austin, Anna Johnson (Burney) of Neosho, Roger Perry (Theresa) of Pearcy and Ellen Cantrell (Steve) of Belleville, Arkansas. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
