He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Thomas Quay, Jr. and Kathryn Estelle Quay (Howard); his wife Damonda Quay; his children, Daniel Quay (Bethany) and Christina Evans (Jake); his grandchildren, Joseph Evans, Natalie Evans, Nicholas Evans, Clara Quay and A. J. Quay; his brothers, James Quay and Jeff Quay; his uncle Steve Quay (Kathy); and his aunt Ellen Farguson. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial gifts be made to Gideons International or American Diabetes Association in care of Knell Mortuary.
