He is survived by: his wife Connie Baker; his daughters, Geneia Morgan of Joplin, MO, Lynn Ratley (Scott) of Joplin, MO and Angela Morgan of Joplin, MO; his siblings, Susan Elkins of Joplin, MO, DavEtta Hooper of Springdale, AR, Kathy Clifton (Rick) of Jasper, MO and Charles Moxley of Raytown, MO; and his grandchildren, Chasity Ashworth, Jonathon Ashworth and Jordan Case. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
