He was predeceased by: his mother Susan Elaine Mather (Wolfe). He is survived by: his father Kenneth Dale Mather of Carthage, Missouri; his brother Brian Mather (Leslie) of Sarcoxie, Missouri; his wife Shan Mather (Flenniken) of Jasper, Missouri; his sons, Benjamin Brand (Kendra) of Wichita, Kansas, Greggory Mather of Jasper, Missouri and Samuel Mather (Rebecca) of Jasper; and his grandchild Winter Jane Mather.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested a donation to the Gideons International or to the American Cancer Society.
