She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolf Bennefeld and Minnie Bennefeld (Martens); her spouse Reinhold E. Engel; her siblings, Alvin, Edward, Ralph, Bill, Henry, Carl Bennefeld, Margaret Johnston and Anna Kmiec; and her son-in-law Robert Keele.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dianna Keele of Kansas City and Nancy Dunaway (Frank) of Carthage, Missouri. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
