We are sad to announce that on January 23, 2022, at the age of 84, George F. Boyd Jr. of Carthage, Missouri, born in Kansas City, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George F. Boyd, Sr. and Martha H. Brown (Hefling). He is survived by: his daughters, Jacque Boyd and Jenny Simmons (Jason); his grandchildren, Cameron Simmons and Joshua Simmons (Kristi); and his sister Shirley Drofman.

The family suggests memorial donations be made to PCCW of St. Ann's Catholic Church, Carthage, or Knights of Columbus of St. Ann's in care of Knell Mortuary.
