He was predeceased by: his father Donald Maggard; and his brother Douglas Maggard. He is survived by: his mother Thelma Maggard (Smith); his fiancé Caryl Criswell; his children, Chelsea Atkinson (Sage) and Dustin Lackey (Justice Pullum); and his grandchildren, Aleice Lucas, Aleigha Lucas, Korbin Lackey and Rayna Lackey.
