He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William "Frankie" and Madge Haggard (Simmons); his sisters, Catherine and Charlotte; his wife Shirley Ann Mason; his children, Karen Boden (Russell), Tom Haggard (Rena), Doug Lee (Terry) and Brent Lee (Kelly); his grandchildren, Allen Finley (Michelle), Katie Lacey, Courtney Engelhart (Nick), Brian Lee (Kate), Kevin Lee (Emily), Chance Lee (Stephanie) and Chelsey Hood (Chance); and his great grandchildren, Makenna, Garrett, Katie, Maddy, Kaylee, Isaiah, Michael, Allie, Emma Pace, Zolee Jo, Harlee Ann and Waylon Creek.
