He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ellen Long; his sons, Wes Blair and Kyle Blair; his grandson Bryce Blair of Cape Girardeau; his siblings, Travis Blair of Arlington, Texas and Debbie Stanbery (Carl) of Lindale, Texas; his nieces, Jennifer, Jessica and Sara; his nephew Kevin; and his great-nephew Randy.
