He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Ratliff and Juanita Ratliff (Rogers); and his sister Nina Kitchen. He is survived by: his wife Emmagene Ratliff of Cape Girardeau; his children, Carla Skinner (Mark) of Jackson, Missouri, Michael Ratliff (Teresa) of Cape Girardeau and Chris Roberts (Carlene) of Sparta, Missouri; his siblings, Larry Ratliff of Cape Girardeau, Dale Ratliff (Beverly) of Cape Girardeau, Roger McNeely (Jen) of Cape Girardeau, Scott McNeely (Connie) of Jackson, Missouri and Connie Reed (Rodger) of Jackson, Missouri; his grandchildren, Stephanie Hillis (Travis) of Ellsinore, Andrew Ratliff (Leslie) of Cape Girardeau, Trevor Henderson (Julia) of Poplar Bluff, Clayton Ratliff (Jordan) of Cape Girardeau and Ashley Skinner of Kansas City, Missouri; and his great grandchildren, Kale, Emmalee Hillis of Ellsinore, Carter Ratliff and Callen Ratliff of Cape Girardeau. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
