It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Teresa Martin Phelps of Canton, Missouri, born in Hannibal, Missouri, who passed away on January 16, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelius Powell and Thelma Williams Powell; her husband Donald Martin; and her grandson Adam Martin. She is survived by: her former husband Cecil Phelps (Bud) of Granite City, IL; her children, Debi Geisenhaver (Loren Wetenhall) of Flint, MI and Rick Martin (Brenda) of Canton; her grandsons, Shane Martin (Tonia) of Hallsville, MO and Brian Martin (Bethany) of Hazlehurst, MS; and her sister Vonnie Malatin of Mayer, AZ..
