He is survived by: his daughters, Stephanie Phillips of Canton, Tina Birck of Canton and Nicole Owsley of Palmyra, MO; his grandchildren, Kelsey Berens (Logan) of Little Rock, AR, Chase Phillips of Hannibal, MO, Allison Phillips of St. Louis, MO, Carson Birck of Canton and Kegan Birck of Canton; his sister Kathy Tomlinson of Quincy; his nephews, Tyler, Trey Tomlinson of Quincy, IL and Spencer Vaughn of Boston, MA; his niece Tiffany Frese (Emily Kimes) of Quincy, IL; and his siblings-in-law, Allen Vaughn (Benita) of St. Charles, MO and Linda Vaughn of Wilmington, N. C..
