He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Godman; his children, Jeremy Mefford (Amy) of Quincy, Danielle Mefford of Quincy, Kennedy Newberry (Geoffry) of Springfield, MO, Blake Newberry (Brie) of Waterloo, IA and Tyler Godman (Judy) of Carmi, IL; his grandchildren, Ellie, Max and Karson Newberry; and his brother Tony Mefford (Cindy) of Quincy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
