He is survived by: his stepfather Eugene Fredrick Feltes; his wife Dovie Ann Hooper of Canton; his children, Joseph Edward Hooper Jr. of Camp Point, IL, Robert Eugene Hooper of Loraine, IL, Tabatha Ann Corey (Lee) of Ewing, MO, Brandy Sommer Crouch of Quincy and Michelle Marie Sparrow (Travis) of Quincy, IL; his grandchildren, Justin Crouch of Kirksville, MO, James Gallaher of Quincy, IL, Ben Corey of Nebraska, Xzavyer Crouch of Quincy, Michael Renier of Mendon, IL, Brandy Jo VanOrder of Ewing, MO, Hayleigh Beer of Mendon, IL, Samantha Crouch of Lewistown, MO, Elizabeth Corey of Nebraska, Nevaeh Crouch and Nazayla Crouch of Quincy; and his siblings, Fredrick Feltes of Tomball, TX, Bill Brandon of Quincy, Robert Hooper of Coos Bay, OR, Howard Hooper (Renae) of Wild Rose, WI, Frances Hooper, Connie Hooper of Wisconsin Rapids, WI and Teresa Hooper of Hannibal, MO. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and several aunts and uncles.
The family suggests memorials be made to Life Tabernacle Church in Canton.
