He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Cochnour and Mary Blanche Cochnour; and his siblings, Veda Clemens, Russell and Jerry Talbott.
He is survived by: his former wife Eleanor Goodrich; his wife Jeraldine Talbott of Canton; his daughters, Melissa Diez (Tito) of Moss Bluff and Tammy Talbott of Old River; his grandchildren, Garth Gates of Ragley, Haleigh Gates of Moss Bluff and Sophia Talbott of Old River; his siblings, Elizabeth Dartez (Luke) of Sulpher, Becky Talbott of Moss Bluff, Leon Talbott (Sheryl) of Blairsville, Charles Elmer Talbott of Chula Vista and Mark Talbott (Linda) of Exeter, RI.; and his aunt Mary Ann Talbott of Moss Bluff. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
