He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Botts and Doris Botts (Cook); and his siblings, Sherrie Botts, Karen Brumm, Sondra Botts, Deloris Botts and Larry Botts.
He is survived by: his children, Shaun Botts (Chelcee), Rocky Botts, Kendall Stark, Carrie Stark, Jackie Stark and Stephane Botts; and his sisters, Carol Kookin (Ralph), Donna Hayes and Joni Fike (Mike). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
