She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin B. Davis and Mary Anne Davis (Bowlus). She is survived by: her husband Alfred "Al" W. Blackmon Jr.; her children, Savannah DeVault (Jason) and A. J. Blackmon (Luiza); her sister Kathleen Hawkins (Fred) of Zephyrhills, FL; her mother-in-law Shirley Dees Blackmon of Cameron, MO; and her brother-in-law Richard David Blackmon of Atlanta, GA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
