He is survived by: his girlfriend Glenda Kearns; his stepsons, Troy Kearns of Cameron, Missouri and Travis Kearns (Maggie) of Cameron, Missouri; his sister-in-law Lisa Slates (Richard); his grandsons, Chase Kearns (Mary Anna), Payton Kearns, Cade Kearns and Cooper Kearns; his great grandchildren, Joshua Jr., Hunter Kearns and Hallie Chase Kearns; and his nephews, Griffin and Tyler Slates.
