He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Williams and Alvera Williams. He is survived by: his wife Rosalie Frazier; his children, Darla Fuller (Shane), April Williams and Derek (Amanda); and his grandchildren, Michael, Timothy, Caleb, Olin Joseph, Levi and Sadie.
