She was predeceased by: her parents, James Wesley and Minnie Ola Skaggs (Potter); her parents-in-law, Clarence Browne and Inez Crandell; her brother Johnny Skaggs; her son-in-law Dennis Skaggs; her grandson Dustin Skaggs; and her great grandchildren, Cade Allen Cook and Cylys Stewart.
She is survived by: her husband Ted Browne; and her children, David Skaggs (Stephanie) of Cabool, MO, Danny Skaggs (Patty) of Cabool, MO, Teddy Browne (Christy) of Cabool, MO, Debra Skaggs of Cabool, Crystal Browne (Kimberley McCallister) of West Plains, MO and Joanna Hill (Lewis) of Cabool.
