He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman King and Edna King (Wood); his siblings, Kenneth, Howard, Polly Hunter and Doris Hitchcock; and his son Wade King.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Hall; his sisters, Shirley Young of Ozark and Wanda Colbertson of Fair Play, Missouri; and his children, Timothy King of Springfield, Missouri and Karen King of Long Lane, Missouri. He is also survived by three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
