She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Benjamin and Maudie Katherine Varner Hainline; and her siblings, Billy Ray Hainline, John Henry Ray, Samuel Milton Varner and Gladys Penny.
She is survived by: her siblings, Willis Dean Hainline (Sandra) of Long Lane, Missouri, Annie Crossland of Long Lane, Missouri and Margarette Dinwiddie (Dennis) of Long Lane, Missouri; and her close friends, Charles Lee Starnes of Lebanon, Missouri, Barbara, Johnny Williams, Carol Decker and Mary Decker. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A memorial has been established to the American Cancer Society.
