He is survived by: his son James Dean; his wife Tonia Oliver of Buckner, MO; his daughter-in-law Charissa Oliver of Buckner, MO; his daughter Cynthia Heishman of Excelsior Springs, MO; and his sister Opal Allen of Independence, MO. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great children.
