He is survived by: his wife Julia Nicholls (Julie); his children, Angela Stephens of Grain Valley, John Stephens (Keona) of Kansas City, Joshua Stephens (Kelly) of Buckner, Jeremiah Stephens (Lacy) of Independence, Julia Elizabeth Stephens of Buckner and Josiah Stephens (Tiffany) of Grain Valley; his grandchildren, Brianna Stephens, Jessica, Mateo, Marcos Medrano, Spencer, Carter Stephens, Preston, Hadley Stephens, Jerilynn Brown, Isabella Miller, Brooklynne, Averie and Cailie Stephens; his great grandchild Julianna Rosales; and his sister Phyllis Stephens of Independence.
