With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward L. Holt (Buckner, Missouri), who passed away on May 31, 2023 at the age of 55. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his close friend Carolyn Persall (Carrie); and his grandparents, Allie (Smith), Lee Gus Holt, Sarah (Fry) and Charles Looney.

He is survived by: his parents, Martha Holt (Looney) and Gary Holt; his children, TJ Holt (Sara) of Lee's Summit, MO, Michael Holt of Harrisonville, MO, Sarah Holt (Jordan Sportsman) of Springfield, MO and Wesley Holt (Audra) of Springfield, MO; his siblings, Jane Ellen Terrell (Sissy) of Kingsville, MO and Thomas Holt (Lora) of Grain Valley, MO; his grandchildren, Jayden Wilson, Annabelle, Addison and Ainsley Sportsman; his nephews, Matt Holt (Kylie), Lee Terrell and Travis Mendoza-Holt (Delano); his niece Felicia Terrell; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Owen Holt, Elisha Terrell, Lillian Holt, Ashton Allen, Carson Terrell, Allie Allen and Richard Luna.
