He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Miller and Dixie L. Miller (Faulconer); and his brother Michael Miller. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Miller; his sons, Jess Miller (Wendy) of Independence, MO and Kale Miller of Green, KS; his brothers, Harold Miller Jr. (Janet) of Lee's Summit, MO and Joseph L. Miller Sr. (Karen) of Odessa, MO; and his grandchildren, Cody and Ashleigh Miller of Independence. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
