She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Faris and Ida Faris (Doudney); her husband Donald Berlekamp; and her siblings, Helen M. Faris, Charles "Chuck" Faris, William "Bill" Faris, Betty J. Bellmyer and Dorothy A. Farris.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Berlekamp, Linda Benedick-Berlekamp and Carol Berlekamp; her grandsons, Scott Benedick (Kim) and Michael Benedick; her great grandchildren, Keaton Benedick and Tevin Benedick; and her brother Richard Faris (Shirley).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Rotary International to support all of the work they do.
