He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Lewis and Virnena Lewis (Spradling); his daughter Mady Kraft; and his siblings, Carl Lewis, Barbara McLean and Doris Ellen Lewis.
He is survived by: his son Walter Jr.; his wife Ina Lewis; his children, Walt Lewis (Geraldine), Mark Lewis, Linda Rodriguez D. O., David Taylor (Tammy) of Brunswick, MO, Robin Lewis of Sweet Spring, MO, Donna Dickey, Eddie Lewis (Ronda) of Alma, MO, Todd Lewis (Yvonne) and Ronda Taylor of DeWitt, MO; and his siblings, Tommy Lewis (Helen) of Baxter Springs, KS and Ethel Jordan (Nick) of Baxter Springs, KS. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations to be made to Brunswick Christian Church.
