He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Spidle and Iva Spidle (O'Dear); his wife Barbara; and his sister Georgeann (Richard Epperson). He is survived by: his son Andrew Spidle (Laura); his grandson Grayson of Overland Park, KS.; his nieces, Shirley Epperson Robertson of Quincy, IL and Carolyn Ball (Jack) of Quincy, IL; and his close friend Anne Matzen of Brookfield. He is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins.
