He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Wagner and Helen Wagner (Dean); his brother Steven Wagner; and his granddaughter Cheyenne Burk. He is survived by: his daughters, Cristy Burk, Misty Bennett and Amanda; his sisters, Teresa McCollum, Kathy Davis and Margie Blackburn; and his grandchildren, Dakota Bennett, Bailey Bennett, Brooklyn Bennett, Justin Murphy, Christina Thomas, Austin Thomas, Destany Thomas and Dalton Thomas.
